He is survived by: his daughters, Kelli Spillman and Jessica Douglas (Jason); his grandchildren, Holli Spillman, Ethan Spillman, Blakely Roach, T. J. Douglas and Bryce Smith; and his siblings, Pete Wilson (Pearl), Patricia Martin and Sandy Ray. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
