She is survived by: her son Tony Banks of Ironton; her siblings, Hershal Lewis of Huntington, WV, Betty Lewis of Ironton, Jerry Lewis of Ironton, John Lewis of Ironton and Joe Lewis of Ironton; and her close friends, Bunnie and Stevi McEwen.
