He was predeceased by: his mother Emma Jean Hill Conn; and his father-in-law David Rigsby. He is survived by: his father Junior B. Conn; his wife Sue Ann Rigsby Conn; his children, Elizabeth Ferguson (Daniel) of Barboursville, WV and David Conn of Ironton, OH; his brother Jeff Conn of Peebles, OH; his mother-in-law Leona Rigsby of Ironton, OH; his aunt Ada Countryman (Charles); and his uncles, Golden Hill and David Hill.
