He is survived by: his wife Teri Stamper-Kelley; his children, Amanda Gearheart (Josh), Jana Bartley (Charlie) and Michael Church; his grandchildren, Connor Gearhart, Camryn Carr, Lylian Bartley, Nathaniel Wheeler and Taylor Church; and his pets, Wolf and Willow.
