He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester and Minnie Mae Stamper Kelley (Koster); and his children, Rebecca Stamper and Jason Stamper. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Stamper (Lhamon); his children, Brandy Leaisure (Charlie) of South Point, Sarah Stamper (Ashley) of South Point and Josh Stamper (Caitie) of Coal Grove; and his stepchildren, Angela Summers of Ironton, Becky Shadley of Louisa, Jessica Comer of Ironton and Michael Leaisure of Cleveland. He is also survived by his twenty-six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
