He is survived by: his children, Michael Russell (Kim) of Wheelersburg and Amy Joao of Ironton; and his siblings, Edward Russell of Mansfield and Betty Jean Bailey of Franklin Furnace. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Phillips Funeral Home (1004 S 7th St, Ironton, OH 45638). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
