He is survived by: his wife Carolyn "Sue" Fetters Mooney; his children, Jason Mooney and Lindsey Redoutey (John); his grandchildren, Karsyn Bates, Drew Mooney, Lilly Redoutey and Taeghan Redoutey; and his siblings, Robin Gang and Michael Holbrook.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Tracy Brammer-Monroe Funeral Home (518 S 6th St, Ironton, OH 45638). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
