She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Blevins and Lona Jones; her former husband Curtis Floyd Reynolds, Sr.; her husband Austin Theodor Leach; her daughter Brenda Reynolds-Sparks; her siblings, Virginia Miles, Sr. (Paul), Dorothy Thomas-Webb, Mary Brown-Hughs, David Blevins (Carry), Robert Blevins (Janice), Gordon Blevins (Esther), Dennie Blevins and Paul Blevins (Allie); her siblings-in-law, Paul Reynolds and Donna Blevins; and her sons-in-law, Larry Bailey and Michael Sparks.
She is survived by: her children, Curtis Reynolds, Jr., Lona Reynolds and Patricia Reynolds-Bailey; her siblings, George Blevins (Sherry), Charles Blevins, Ilah Rosella (Tommy Rice) and Blanche Sue Reynolds; and her sisters-in-law, Anna and Rose Blevins. She is also survived by grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (1004 S 7th St, Ironton, OH 45638). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
