He is survived by: his children, Donald Pratt, Jr. (Acquanetta) of Houston, TX, Kevin Pratt of Flatwoods, KY and Velma Pratt of Houston, TX; his former wife Vivian Pratt of Houston, TX; and his stepchildren, Tina Blakes of Houston, TX, Cathi Riley (Colbert) of Houston, TX, Michael Williams (Linda) of Houston, TX, Jeffrey Johnson, Clifford Johnson (Joni N.) of Ironton, OH, Mary Nicholson (Torrance, Sr.) of Dallas, TX and Imagene Alvarez (Sam) of Jonesboro, GA. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery (100 Veterans Mem Dr, Argillite, KY 41143).
