She was predeceased by: her parents, Christian Larsen and Margaret Matson Larsen; her husband Donald William Niebaum; and her brother Russell Larsen. She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Foster (Stephen) of Strongsville, Julie Harris of Ironton and Jo Ellen Chapman of Ironton; and her grandchildren, Amy Finkelmeier (Jim), Stephanie Raessler (Jon), Andrew Foster, Chris Harris (Brittany), Michael Chapman and Carrie Chapman.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (1004 S 7th St, Ironton, OH 45638). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Woodland Cemetery (824 Lorain St, Ironton, OH 45638).
