She was predeceased by: her parents, Christian Larsen and Margaret Matson Larsen; her husband Donald William Niebaum; and her brother Russell Larsen. She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Foster (Stephen) of Strongsville, Julie Harris of Ironton and Jo Ellen Chapman of Ironton; her grandchildren, Amy Finkelmeier (Jim), Stephanie Raessler (Jon), Andrew Foster, Chris Harris (Brittany), Michael Chapman and Carrie Chapman; her great grandchildren, Beckett, Philippa, Conner, Jesse, Dayzia and Matthew; and her great great grandchildren, Carmella, Breyden, Madison and Maya.
In lieu of flowers family is asking for donations to be sent to American Diabetes Association P.O. Box 7023 Merrifield, VA 22116-7023.
