He was predeceased by: his parents, Creed Blevins and Eliza Blevins (Wilson); and his siblings, Roy, Danny, Joseph Blevins, Margaret Ann Blevins, Melba Allen, Jeri Bowman and Lena Clark-Conn.

He is survived by: his sister Janet Hanshaw; his daughter Sena Howard; his grandsons, Jared Carter and Kenneth Austin Howard; and his aunt Elouyse Wilson of McRoberts, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many, many friends.
