He was predeceased by: his parents, Creed Blevins and Eliza Blevins (Wilson); and his siblings, Roy, Danny, Joseph Blevins, Margaret Blevins, Melba Allen, Jeri Bowman and Lena Clark-Conn.
He is survived by: his sister Janet Hanshaw; his daughter Sena Howard; his grandsons, Jared Carter and Kenneth Austin Howard; and his aunt Elouyse Wilson of McRoberts, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many, many friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (1004 S 7th St, Ironton, OH 45638). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
