She was predeceased by: her parents, George Dempse Mitchell and Nora Turner Mitchell; her children, Mike Swango and Linda Fraley; her siblings, Irene Belcher, Ella Dean Roberson and Paul Mitchell; and her granddaughter Tasha Swango.
She is survived by: her children, Ruth Langer, Amy Wilson, Nora Stanger (K. C.), Ella McCown-Jones (Greg), Terri Baker (Darren) and Garry Swango (Bertha). She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, and many great and great-great grandchildren.
