He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Woods (Litton); his children, Tamara DePriest (Larry) of Hanging Rock, Kristin Fannin (Dean) of Ironton, Lisa Eaches (Jeff) of Ironton, Elizabeth Woods of Ironton and Tyler Woods (Courtney) of Ironton; his grandchildren, Caitlin, McKenzie, Ryan, Hunter, Caleb, Garrett, Aiden and Peyton; his great grandchildren, Brixlee, Dallas, Paisley and Koby; and his brothers, Keith Woods of Ironton and Scott Woods of Ironton. He is also survived by his wife, children and grand babies.
