He is survived by: his sons, Joshua Collins of Ironton and Adam Collins of Raceland, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Lacie Thomas of Ironton and Leland Jones of Ironton; and his siblings, Juelda Collins of Coal Grove, Roger Collins of Ironton and Tim Collins of Ironton.
