He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Allen and Priscilla "Tillie" Rowe Allen; his siblings, John Allen, Carol Gubaci and Janet Sue Gillum; and his brother-in-law Tim Malone (Barb Rickman).
He is survived by: his children, Rusty Allen of Ashland, Sheri Husband of Colorado Springs, Chrissy Kotch (Kevin) of Colorado Springs and Jamie Hawk of Hillsboro; and his siblings, Bill Allen (Elaine) of Ironton, Sherman Allen of Ironton, Tom Allen (Donna) of Ironton, Bob Allen (Gail) of Ironton, Sheri Malone of Ironton and Steve Rowe (Terri) of Kitts Hill. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (1004 S 7th St, Ironton, OH 45638). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
