Gregory D. Mowery Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gregory D. Mowery of Ironton, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 23, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland Mowery and Thelma Mowery (Wilson). He is survived by: his significant other Linda Wilson Adkins; his daughters, Becky Jones (Rocky) of Piketon and Christy Gillenwater of Ironton; his brother Terry Lee Mowery (Connie) of Ironton; his stepdaughters, Lisa Adkins of Ironton and Danielle Adkins of Ironton; his sibling's children, Lori Mowery, Robert of Wilmington and Joseph Mowery of Wilmington; and his grandchildren, Morgan, McKenna, Nyla, Aubrey, Demi and Bowen. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (1004 S 7th St, Ironton, OH 45638). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
