She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Kiser and Myrtle Kiser; and her husband James O. Ball, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey Ball of Ironton and Michael Ball (Donna) of Amelia, Ohio; her siblings, Stanley Kiser, Jr. and Patricia Browning of Ironton; her sister-in-law Winnie Johnson (JC) of Kitts Hill; and her grandchildren, Lauren Ball (Tanner) of Ironton, Matthew Ball of Ironton and Mark Ball of Ironton.
A procession will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Tracy Brammer-Monroe Funeral Home (518 S 6th St, Ironton, OH 45638). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 11:35 AM. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Woodland Cemetery (824 Lorain St, Ironton, OH 45638).
