He is survived by: his wife Brenda Adkins Perkey; his daughters, Tonya Perkey of South Point and Georgianna Perkey of Coal Grove, Ohio; his grandchildren, Bailey "Boo" Ackerson, Ryan "Ry" (Alyssa Lemaster), Noah "Noie", Nick "Joe Bug" Lemaster, JD Martin, Emily "Lou" Ackerson and Emma Ackerson; his daughters, Felicia Comer, Stephanie Kawalski and Crystal Perkey; his great grandchild Connor Reid Lemaster; and his siblings, Mike, Terry, Gary, Ricky, Jeff and Sandy Handshaw.
