He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Kelley and Louise Christian Kelley; and his siblings, Carl Kelley and Joann Maynard. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Thompson Kelley; his children, Becki Moore (Christopher S.) of Brunswick, Sarah Dixon (Duane) of Brunswick, Tommy Taylor (Misty) of Portsmouth and Donald Taylor of Ironton; and his sisters, Gwendolyn Ghee of Coal Grove and Lena Kelley of St. Augustine. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (1004 S 7th St, Ironton, OH 45638). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
