He is survived by: his wife Nancy Meyers Bush Kelly; his grandson Caleb Faulkner; his stepchildren, Al Bush (Cristi) of Ironton, Rachel Bush (Willard Fryer), Faulkner of Ashland and Konnie Hackworth (Frank Haggy) of Pedro; his sister Linda Baker of Ironton; his sister-in-law Helen Spencer of Hernando; and his grandchildren, Joe Bush of Canton and Lauren Bush of Ironton.
