He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Primm and Lesta Ackinson Primm; and his siblings, Bobby Primm, Marilyn, Carolyn and Patty Primm.
He is survived by: his great-nephews, Noah and Lincoln Primm; his great-niece Marlie Primm; his brother Eddie Primm (Ronda) of Ironton; and his sibling's children, Crissy Stephens (Jeff) of Shelby, Sean Primm (Amanda) of Ironton and Brittany Hammonds.
