He is survived by : his daughter Teri Stamper Kelley (Gene) of Ironton, OH; his grandchildren, Michael Church (Brandy Arms) of Boyd County, KY and Jana Church (Charles Bartley) of Flatwoods, KY.; his great grandchildren, Camryn Carr, Lylian Bartley of Flatwoods, KY and Taylor Church of Boyd County, KY; his grandson Nathaniel Wheeler (Nathan) of Coal Grove, OH.; and his former life partner Nancy Stapleton (Aldridge).
