She is survived by: her parents, Earl "Butch" Shears and Carol Shears (Jones); her significant other Brian Kellogg; her children, Natilee Adams (Steven) and Kristopher Hager; her grandchildren, Isabelle and Isaiah Adams; her sisters, Cathy Woods (Tommy), Carla Rogers (Eddie) and Kelli Shears; and her pet Ziva. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many loyal friends.
