He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry and Shirley (Justice); his son Lawrence Bailey Jr.; his siblings, Ronnie, Raymond, Glendon, Jay Bailey and Hazel Kelley; and his great grandchildren, Avery and Ethan Utsinger.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Bailey of Ironton, OH; his daughters, Deborah Osborne of Coal Grove, OH and Lisa Anderson (Luke) of Ironton, OH; and his grandchildren, Josh Jenkins, Kara Perkins, Heather Jenkins (Joe), Kendra Savino (Dallas), Becky Dumbaugh (Aaron), Kenny Anderson, Mark Anderson and Travis Bailey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Lawrence Furnace Cemetery (8121 OH-522, Pedro, OH 45659).
