She was predeceased by: her parents, Nellie Hill Lykins and Woodrow W. Lykins; her husband John Richard Keating; and her children, Leo F. Keating, Judy Faye Williams and Freda Gail Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Johnny Ray Keating of Ironton, Jason Lee Keating (Rosemary) of Ironton and Joanna; and her friends, Kathy Sue Case of Ironton and Julie Ann Dyer of Ironton. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (1004 S 7th St, Ironton, OH 45638). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
