She was predeceased by: her parents, James Keaton and Mercy Keaton (Reynolds); her son William Keaton; and her siblings, John Rudman, Dwaine Keaton and Leala Davis.
She is survived by: her husband David Ray Perkins; her daughters, Kimberly Hollback of Homosassa and Lisa Perkins of Ironton; and her sisters, Barbara Suttles, Ruby Kerns, Carol Swint and Brenda Thomas. She is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
