As Mark departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Mark. Though Mark may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul David and Leslie Hazelbaker (Siple). He is survived by: his brother Matthew Hazelbaker (Kari) of Fort Myers, FL; his niece Madeline; and his nephew Nicholas.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the Christ Episcopal Church (501 Park Ave, Ironton, OH 45638). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
