He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Marshall and Wilda Marshall (Smith); his brother Gary Marshall; and his brother-in-law Ron Heaberlin. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Marshall (Deerfield); his daughter Lindsay Bias (Nathaniel) of Lavalette, WV; his stepsons, Robert Deerfield of Franklin Furnace, OH and Travis Deerfield (Melissa McComas) of Wheelersburg, OH; his grandchildren, Easton Bias of Lavalette, WV, Maggie Bias of Lavalette, WV, Justin Deerfield (Haleigh) of Greenup, KY, Taylah Deerfield (Peyton Lykins) of Greenup, KY and Harmony McComas of Wheelersburg, OH; his great grandchild Dalilah Deerfield; his siblings, Janet Heaberlin of Kitts Hill, OH and Roger Marshall of Ironton, OH; and his close friend Reese.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (1004 S 7th St, Ironton, OH 45638). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Northeast (100 Veterans Mem Dr, Argillite, KY 41143).
