She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan Neal and Rachel Neal (Dickess). She is survived by: her daughter Brooke Scott (John) of Ironton; her granddaughter Haven Noel; her sister Carla Pancake of Kitts Hill; and her cousin Linda Booth of Pataskala. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Tracy Brammer-Monroe Funeral Home (518 S 6th St, Ironton, OH 45638). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
