He was predeceased by : his parents, Evelyn Brown and Jack Brown; his brothers, Raymond, Duard and Lester Brown; and his grandson Chris Howard.

He is survived by : his children, Tammy Skaggs (Bob) of Pedro, Debbie Bowe (Dan) of West Virginia, Kim Howard (Butch) of Pedro, Walt Howard (Monica) of Ironton and Todd Howard of Ironton; and his siblings, Rosemary Hankins, Jenny Martin, Jerry Brown and Garland Brown. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
