She is survived by: her siblings, Harry Dunkle, Mildred Meadows and Lavina Clark; her children, Kim Wilson (Shaffer) of Ironton, David Shaffer and Steve Shaffer (Mary) of Ironton; her granddaughters, Michelle Westerfield (Rick) of Louisville, KY., Annamary Moore of Oklahoma City, OK. and Corey Shaffer of Weaverville, NC.; and her great grandchildren, William Moore of Oklahoma City, OK., Colin Westerfield of Louisville, KY. and Colin Willis of Ironton, OH.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
