He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Fisher and Betty Broce Fisher; his sisters, Robin Curnell and Margaret Sue Fisher; and his uncle Jack Lewis.
He is survived by: his daughter Nikki Hagerman (Larry) of Ironton; his close friend Cheryl Ackison of Ironton, Ohio; his brothers, John Fisher (Helen Jean) of Georgetown and Mike Fisher of Ashland, Kentucky; his former wife Terri Fisher of Ironton; and his aunt Carol Lewis of Ironton, Ohio. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and special friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (1004 S 7th St, Ironton, OH 45638). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
