She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Christian and Leone Christian (Porter). She is survived by: her husband Buddy H. Bell; her daughter Julie Cook (Brian) of Myrtle Beach; her stepdaughter Mandy Crabtree (Gary) of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, Jayden and Hunter Cook; her stepgranddaughters, Samantha and Chloe Crabtree; her brother Bub Christian (Deb) of Richmond; and her nephews, Todd, Zack and Seth Christian.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Tracy Brammer-Monroe Funeral Home (518 S 6th St, Ironton, OH 45638). A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
