He is survived by: his children, Gail Jenkins (Kevin) of Ironton and Michael Evans (Tiffany) of Miamisburg; and his grandchildren, Josh Bryant (Tiffani), Erica Bailey (Chip), Ashley Bowman, Jennifer Parsons, Joey Spriggs, Billy Joe Spriggs, Seth Jenkins (Alexis) and Hailey Spriggs.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Phillip Funeral Home (1004 S 7th St, Ironton, OH 45638). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
