He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Detrick and Farrell Detrick (Young); his wife Kay Wildermuth; and his son Douglas Detrick. He is survived by: his brother Roger Detrick of Jackson Center; his daughter-in-law Kathy Detrick of Florida; his grandchildren, Cole Detrick and Krissy Detrick; his great grandchildren, Austin Detrick, Ciara Boyce and Brooklyn Boyce; and his close friend Jerry Ware of Jackson Center. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
