Tinsley (Jackson, Ohio), born in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on November 27, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Burl Rollins. She is survived by: her daughters, Penny Stapleton and Candie Tinsley; her brother Revaughn Rollins; and her grandchildren, David Tinsley, Chris Tinsley, Amy Roberts and Sabrina Tinsley. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
