He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Harper and Delphi "Sickles" Harper; his wife Doris Jean Harper; his daughter Kimberly Russell; and his siblings, Larry Harper and Faye Harper.
He is survived by: his son Alan Harper (Sandy); and his granddaughter Kathryn Russell (Bradley White).
