She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Wojcinski and Pelage Wojcinski (Budny); her husband Frank E. Burkett, Sr.; and her siblings, Tony Wojcinski, Mary Tabellion and Pat Ivan.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Burkett, Jr. (Bonnie), Kathy Stebler (Tim) and Thomas Burkett (Sue); her grandchildren, Frank Burkett, III (Amber), Amy Burkett (Don Olszewski), Tim Stebler (Sara), Jennifer Cooper, Katie Henninger (Rob) and Christy Burkett; and her brother Louis Wojcinski (Donna). She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
