He was predeceased by: his parents, Darby Curtis and Jewell Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Julie, Brad Connair, Kelly, Bobby Carter and Matthew Paul Curtis; and his great grandchildren, Katie, John Coyne, Abigail Connair, Micah, Scott Boettiger, Clay and Hallie Carter.
