She was predeceased by: her parents, Brack Skaggs and Carrie Skaggs; her husband William West; her daughter Judith West Brady; her granddaughter Peggy Brady Tackett; her great grandchild Carrie Elizabeth West; and her siblings, Madiline Barlow, Imogene West, Edith Houser, Charlotte McKenzie, Wanda Milam, Franky Skaggs and Leroy Skaggs.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda West of Jackson, Ohio; her son-in-law Rick Brady of Jackson, Ohio; her grandchildren, Williom B. West (Michelle) of Jackson, Kim Grim (Harold) of Jackson, Tony West (Carrie) of Jackson and Melissa West of Gahanna, Ohio; her great grandchildren, Billy West (Jamie), Kala Alley of Minford, Hannah Brewer (Tyler) of Jackson, Ohio, Branden West of Jackson, Ohio, Hayley Tackett of Jackson, Ohio, Tiffani West of Jackson, Ohio, Breanna Bowman (Kyle) of Jackson, Ohio, Toni Renee West of Jackson, Ohio, Lillian West of Jackson, Ohio and Abigail West of Jackson, Ohio; her great great grandchildren, Braxton, Cameron, Kash West, Cooper, Brynnleigh Alley, Aaralynne, Sophia, Kylen Bowman and Waylon Brewer; and her brother Joe Skaggs (Janet). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
