He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Porter and Ruth Varney Porter; and his sisters, Virginia Diamond and Eloise Porter. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Pendleton Porter; his daughters, Deborah Mohler (Donald) and Ruth Roberts; his grandchildren, Donnie Mohler (Heather), Joshua Mohler (Angel), Natasha Beasley (Stetson), Bradley Dent and Kasey "Punky" Woodrum (Jeffrey); and his great grandchildren, Elijah Dent, Marley Woodrum, Dean Woodrum, Evan Woodrum, Bryant Mohler, Jeremiah Mohler and Lyla Beasley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
