She was predeceased by: her father Frank Waugh; and her siblings, Genevieve Graham, Henry Waugh, Helen Taylor, Dick Waugh, Roger Waugh, Frankie Waugh and Buddy Waugh.

She is survived by: her husband Wayne Mullins; her children, Jeffrey Mullins (Vivian), Darren Mullins (Becky) and Bobbie Jo McCartney (Mitch); her siblings, Larry Dean Waugh, Betty Branscomb and Shirley Daniels; her grandchildren, Madison, Austin, Adrianna, Owen, Mason, Dylan and Paige; and her great grandchildren, Byron, Braxton and Mia.
