He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Clifford Denney and Myrtle Ethel Scurlock Denney; and his siblings, Sybil Lanning, Mary Cahoon, Harry Denney, Clifford Denney, Pearl Morgan, Ethel Denney and Lula Mae Denney.
He is survived by: his wife Ava Marie Mosier Denney; his children, Greg Denney (Marla), Debbie Adkins (Allan) and Kim Brown (Rodney); and his grandchildren, Dawn Vermillion (Joe), Tiffany McCarty (Jimmy), Greg Denney, Jr., Ashlyn Denney (Corey Culbertson), Samuel Denney (Lily Sizemore), Alana Carl (Evan), Courtney Carper (Steven) and Roddy Brown (Brianna). He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
