He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chandler and Bethel Saul Chandler; and his siblings, Delano and Carnell. He is survived by: his wife Betty; and his siblings, Douglas Lowell Chandler (Ivone) of Port Orange, FL and Ruth Vickers (Jack) of Peterstown, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
