She is survived by: her sons, Scott Adkins (Beth) of Oak Hill, Ohio, Jeff Adkins (Crissy Chapman) of Oak Hill, Ohio, Chris Adkins of Oak Hill, Ohio and Jason Adkins of Oak Hill, Ohio; her grandchildren, Lucas, Dillon, Maverick, Adalyn, Kenadi, Isla and Leo Adkins; her sisters, Terri Kuhn of Oak Hill and Kathy Ball of Chillicothe, Ohio; and her nephews, Adam and Kyle Eggers.

A graveside service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Hickory Grove Cemetery.
