It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Ousley of Jackson, Ohio, born in Wellston, Ohio, who passed away on September 8, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Jarvis and Ruby Groves Jarvis; her husband Larry Ousley; her brother Clarence "Peanut"; her siblings-in-law, Sally Jarvis and Tom Rice; and her siblings, Junior (Kitty Ousley), Tom (Sheila Ousley), Bob (Gertie Ousley) and Donnie (Bea Spruell).
She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Ousley (Jerry Carey) of Wellston and Candy Cooper (David) of Jackson; her grandchildren, Peighton Cooper, Tyler Neff and Jordan Neff; and her sister Patricia "Patty" Rice. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
