She is survived by: her husband George Thomas "Moose" Gallagher; her children, Chad Gallagher (Amanda), Erin Hopkins (Randy), Derek Gallagher (Cory) and Blane Gallagher; her grandchildren, Austin, Carson Evans, Jacob Gallagher, Ethan Gallagher, Joshua Gallagher, Charlie Jane Hopkins, Cameron Gallagher, Madlynn Gallagher and Jackson Hopkins; her great grandchild Isaiah Evans; and her siblings-in-law, Robert Gallagher (Joyce) and Joy Gallagher. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and many many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Jackson B.P.O.E. #466 Charities, 316 East Main St. Jackson, Ohio 45640.
