He was predeceased by: his stepfather Ralphene; his former wife Wanda Dowler; his daughter Bonnie Belcher; and his stepson Michael Wise. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Wise-Dowler; his children, Ruth Butler (George), Mary Thompson (Garry), Clifford Dowler III and Rich Dowler (Mary Beth); and his stepdaughter Julie Dunaway (Lee).
