She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hatten Sr. and Edith Mercer Hatten; her husband George Franklin Bapst; and her siblings, Frank Hatten Jr., Katherine Scurlock and Dorothy Miller.

She is survived by: her sons, George Bapst Jr. and Brian Bapst (Kathy); her grandsons, Aaron Bapst (Mindy), Kevin Bapst (Jill), Jason Bapst and Joseph Bapst; her great grandchildren, Emma Bapst and Jorja Bapst; and her sister Pauline Walker. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
