She was predeceased by: her father James E. Simpson; and her siblings, James E. Simpson, Walter P. Simpson, Steven B. Simpson and Delores Downard (Dorothy Fisher).
She is survived by: her husband Timothy Dean Manion Sr.; her children, Timothy Dean Manion Jr. (Mindy), Bryan Manion (Vickie), Christina Manion and Stella Belt (Frankie); her siblings, Kenneth Simpson (Snooks), Donald L. Simpson (Barbra) and Bonnie Manion (Elba); and her grandchildren, Kayla, Lovell, Edward, Miranda, Angel, Charles, Ashleigh, Robert, Judd, Tanner, Arnold "Wayne", David and Jennifer. She is also survived by her children, as well as several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She would donate her time making quilts for veterans and making hats, scarfs and gloves for the homeless.
